SePay integration

Connect bank transfers to the records your team works with.

Connect SePay transaction notifications, VietQR payments and bank reconciliation to your order and finance workflows, with explicit matching rules and manual review for exceptions.

Discuss your SePay integration

Supported banks, account access, API capabilities and notification timing must be confirmed for your SePay setup. No fixed processing speed, matching rate or financial return is promised.

Payment integration with explicit matching rules

VietQR payment references

Scope QR payment requests with order references and amounts so incoming transfers can be compared with expected payments.

Transaction notifications

Receive SePay webhook notifications and map the fields required by your order, POS, CRM or accounting workflow.

Payment matching

Agree on reference and amount checks before changing payment status. Route missing references, partial payments and mismatches to manual review.

Bank reconciliation and cash-flow visibility

Connect transaction records to receivables and reporting. Confirm source coverage, update frequency and the finance owner responsible for reconciliation.

Exception handling

Define duplicate-event checks, failure alerts and recovery steps. Test repeated notifications before they can trigger repeated downstream actions.

Validate the payment flow before operational use

  1. Step 1

    Review accounts and systems

Confirm the banks, SePay access, target applications and payment workflow before agreeing on an integration scope.

  2. Step 2

    Map and implement the workflow

Define transaction fields, matching conditions and the permitted downstream updates. Keep ambiguous payments in a review queue.

  3. Step 3

    Test normal and exception paths

Check matched, unmatched, partial and duplicate transactions, as well as failed notifications and recovery behavior.

  4. Step 4

    Hand over operating rules

Document the integration, reconciliation ownership, alert handling and support scope. Confirm acceptance before operational use.

Questions before implementation

Can every bank account be connected?

Bank and account compatibility depends on the current SePay offering and your access configuration. We confirm supported accounts and required permissions during discovery rather than promising universal coverage.

Will every transfer automatically confirm an order?

Only transactions that meet the agreed matching rules should update an order. Missing references, partial payments or ambiguous matches require manual review; a notification alone is not sufficient evidence for every business action.

Can SePay connect to our current POS or accounting tools?

Integration depends on available APIs, permissions and the records that can be updated safely. We assess the specific tools and scope the mappings, validation and exception handling before implementation.

Does this replace financial reconciliation?

No. Automation supports transaction capture, matching and reporting. Your finance team remains responsible for reviewing exceptions and approving reconciliation results under the agreed process.

What determines implementation cost and ongoing fees?

Scope depends on accounts, systems, transaction flow and exception handling. SePay subscriptions, banking conditions, hosting and ongoing support are confirmed separately where applicable.
